You can check for damage to the data by holding your disc to the light. If you can see light through the data, it has been damaged and is not covered by the lifetime promotion.

Can I cancel an order?
Once an order is placed it is processed immediately, therefore most orderscannot be cancelled. However, items may be returned to us (see our returnpolicy). If an order can be cancelled your order may be subject to a $3.00per item restocking fee.
What if my item hasn't arrived?
Most items arrive within 10 days of us receiving payment. If your item has been lost in transit we will send a replacement after minimum transit time of 28 days has elapsed. We use delivery confirmation on most orders and cannot send replacements on orders that are reported as delivered.
